I'd like to begin by saying that the reason I am in a healthy and loving relationship right now is because of Heart It Out! I had been in an abusive relationship in the past and the trauma gave me self-esteem and trust issues. With my current boyfriend, I wouldn't be able to get intimate, and I used to always be distant and cautious. Neither of us seemed happy in the relationship. But he wanted to make it work and suggested we seek couples therapy sessions.
Delphina was very friendly. She helped me through my anxiety disorder, self-esteem issues, sleep problems, and stress. I feel a lot more in control now with the coping techniques she has been teaching me and the exercises I have been doing. Thank you for helping me change my life!
